Potato Salad

3-4 good sized russett potatoes
3-5 tbls. Mayo
4-7 Dill pickle chips (chopped)
1-2 tbls. Sweet cubes
2-3 Midget pickles (chopped)
3 eggs (boiled, chopped)
1 med. Onion (chopped)
Mustard for coloring
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package Sugar
1- Steam or boil potatoes until done (stemming seems to work best)
2- Drain potatoes and let cool just slightly
3- Add Mayo, pickles, onion, egg to potatoes and stir.
4- Add mustard to just add color and stir
5- Add Salt & Pepper to taste and stir.
6- Add sugar last and stir. It's important to add sugar last.
